Stakeholder surveys
In 2005, 2006 and 2007, the Department of Child Safety undertook surveys of foster carers, departmental staff and staff from non-government organisations (NGOs) to gauge their views on progress in implementing key child safety reforms including the department's progress in building a child-focussed and supportive organisational culture.
The 2007 stakeholder surveys have been presented in one report:
This report represents the views of close to 4,000 departmental staff, carers and staff from non-government organisations.
This valuable feedback is assisting the department to improve our services to children, support of staff and carers and partnerships with other agencies.
