Placement services 2006/07

Purpose

The purpose of this funding is to enable non-government organisations to deliver foster and kinship care, specialist foster care, residential care and supported independent living services for children and young people under 18 years in Queensland who are in need of protection and have moderate to extreme support needs.

Target group

The target clients for services are children and young people under 18 years in need of protection and requiring out-of-home care placement services.
