Purpose

The purpose of this funding is to deliver a supervised residential care service providing a combination of short-term emergency care and some medium-term care placements for six children and young people and a related Family Intervention service located on Indigenous community of Palm Island.

Target group

The client group for services are Indigenous children and young people of both genders under 18 years in need of protection and requiring out-of-home placement services.
