Websites
- Abused Child Trust - registered charity which works to break the cycle of abuse and neglect in Australia.
- Australian Childhood Foundation - aims to strengthen community responsibility for promoting the well-being and protection of children throughout Australia.
- Children Services Tribunal - protects and promotes the rights, interests and welfare of children and young people by making sure their views and wishes are considered and by involving them in making decisions.
- Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian - promotes and protects the rights, interests and wellbeing of all Queenslanders under 18.
- Community Door - an initiative of Department of Communities and contains general tools, resources and information that can help non-government organisations manage the different aspects of their organisation and also provides an online forum to support information sharing and collaboration across non-government organisations.
- Community Workforce Village - open community services website that is intended for use by both non-government and government employers in the community services sector. The purpose of this website is to support networking and information sharing relating to challenges that are impacting on the attraction and retention of the community services workforce.
- CREATE Foundation - connects and empowers children and young people in care and improves the care system through activities, programs, training and policy advice.
- Department of Communities - Queensland Government agency committed to promoting and supporting excellence in the delivery of human services to Queenslanders.
- Child care - information and initiatives related to the delivery of quality child care services in Queensland.
- Violence prevention - information and initiatives to protect Queenslanders from family and domestic violence.
- Office for Youth - works with statewide youth organisations, community organisations, state and local governments, and young people in Queensland.
- Developing your organisation - the Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) has secured funding to update the 'Developing your organisation' support material for community-based organisations. The resource covers such areas as legal issues, insurance, strategic planning, risk management, service agreements and volunteer liability. There are also other resources to support community-based organisations, which include:

- Funding websites
- Kids First Foundation - raises funds to provide services for abused, neglected and at-risk children nationally and integrates these services with an Australia wide research and advocacy program.
- National Association for Child Abuse and Neglect (NAPCAN) - national organisation focused on promotion and primary prevention of child abuse and neglect.
- National Child Protection Clearinghouse - Australian Institute of Family Studies advisory and research unit focused on the prevention of child abuse and neglect and associated family violence.
- Our Community - a one-stop-gateway for practical resources, support and linkages between community organisations and the general public, business and government.
- Queensland Government Grants - provides a variety of ways to find Queensland Government grants.
