Brighter Futures
Brighter Futures - Child Safety's monthly magazine - is your link to child protection people, projects and initiatives from every corner of Queensland.
The magazine contains the latest news about the services, programs, policies and initiatives of Queensland's lead child protection agency.
In the spirit of fostering productive partnerships, Brighter Futures also has a strong focus on the programs and work being carried out by the department's government colleagues and non-government service delivery partners, as well as child protection peak bodies and advocacy groups.
Brighter Futures is distributed statewide to a wide range of people, including foster and kinship carers, the department's government and non-government partners, child protection peak bodies and advocacy groups, Child Safety staff, members of parliament, media, and community groups such as schools and child care centres.
Look out for a copy of Brighter Futures in your work group or organisation today and stay in touch with what your child protection colleagues are doing throughout the state.
Brighter Futures replaces Building Blocks, which was published from September 2004 to February 2007.
