Rural non-government organisations (NGOs) workforce access to education and training initiative
The rural NGOs workforce access to education and training initiative is a key initiative of the strengthening NGOs strategy funded through the strengthening rural NGOs funding program of the Blueprint for the Bush strategy.
The rural NGO workforce access to education and training initiative aims to improve workforce capacity of rural and remote community organisations by facilitating access to education and training for staff and volunteers.
Assistance is available with workforce planning and through the provision of subsidies to remove barriers to education and training for eligible NGOs to implement plans for increasing workforce capacity for NGOs delivering services in Blueprint for the Bush regions
