Statement of Affairs 2008
This publication has been prepared in accordance with section 18 of the Freedom of Information Act 1992 and forms the statement of affairs for the Department of Child Safety for 2008.
The objective of the Act is to provide a more open, accountable and responsible government by extending as far as possible the right of the community to have access to information held by Queensland Government agencies. It also gives members of the community the opportunity to ensure documents concerning their personal affairs are accurate, complete, up-to-date and not misleading.
The Statement of Affairs 2008 is designed to inform you about the Department of Child Safety and how to request access to the information the department may hold.
